The company will nearly double in size. In this regard, Macadam needs to carefully assess all current operations and determine the best path forward to ensure a smooth integration and to maximize the potential benefits of the integration. Based on this, a new top management structure will be designed and communicated in a later stage.

Any decisions related to the company structure and management will be made with careful consideration and in the best interests of both companies and their stakeholders.

At this point, we are still evaluating the incorporation and its impact on our company. As we integrate our new employees and explore the best ways to work together, we will assess our current physical location and office space to ensure we can accommodate our growing team. We will assess in due time the need for additional space and make necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth integration of the new team. Our top priority is to maintain continuity of operations and provide the same level of service to our clients while we work towards a successful integration.

One should bear in mind that a large proportion of the employees of both companies work remotely, whether they are remote inspectors or administrative employees working via teleworking.
